Tina practices in all areas of Canadian immigration, refugee and citizenship law. She advises foreign nationals and Canadian businesses on work, study and visitor visa applications as well as permanent residency immigration streams under the family class and economic class programs. Tina also assists clients with renewing their immigration status, overcoming criminal inadmissibility, applying for Canadian citizenship, and helping with appeals work.

Tina, being an immigrant herself, very well understands the needs of foreign nationals wishing to immigrate to Canada, whether temporarily or permanently. Tina has extensive legal training, having studied law at five different universities in four different countries (Canada, the Netherlands, Hungary, and Georgia). Prior to joining Quadro Law, she articled at a boutique law firm in downtown Vancouver specializing in personal injury law, and wills and estate litigation. She regularly represented clients before the Supreme Court of British Columbia.

Tina’s mission is to help foreign nationals and Canadian businesses in navigating the complex Canadian immigration process, finding the best solutions and strategically planning any immigration matter.

Tina speaks fluent Georgian and Russian.
