While we do provide some work within the firm to our lawyers, the expectation is that lawyers will be entrepreneurial when it comes to building their client base. We also look for:

  • At least three years of relevant experience;
  • Law Society of British Columbia membership;
  • A partial practice/client base;
  • A healthy respect for work/life balance;
  • A personality that causes others to enjoy working with you;
  • A love of tech, or at least a willingness to adapt to new technology;

Support Team

We offer a competitive salary and benefits to our support staff, which includes a monthly bonus for immigration case managers based on number of applications submitted. We hire immigration case managers (junior, intermediate and senior), junior support staff, and corporate records clerks.

We are currently not hiring for any support staff positions but will update this page when we are looking to fill these roles.


We offer a competitive articling salary, benefits, and a supportive learning environment. While our practice is primarily in immigration law, we can offer exposure to corporate transactions, commercial transactions, as well as wills and estate planning. Our articling program provides a heavy focus on mentorship, and to that end we have created an environment where you will always feel comfortable seeking out guidance and asking as many questions as you need to. We believe in the quality of work over quantity, and while you will be expected to work hard and meet deadlines, you will not be spending your nights and weekends at the office.

We have not yet made a decision on whether we will have an articled student for the 2021/2022 year. We will update this page once a decision has been made.
